4 cups milk
1 egg, well beaten
1 pkg. (4-serving size) vanilla pudding -NOT INSTANT
1 cup Minute Rice, uncooked
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup raisins (optional)
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
combine milk, egg & pudding mix and sugar in saucepan. Add rice and raisins. Stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Cool. It will thicken as it cools.

Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg
