Bananas
Celery
Apples
Nuts
Sauce:
1 T. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 heaping t. dry mustard
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c.whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Chop the fruit, celery and nuts and put in large bowl. Make the sauce by combining the flour, sugar and dry mustard, then add the eggs, milk, water and vinegar and cook until thick. Cool and fold in whipped cream.

This is great great Grandma Kostelyk's recipe, the grandmother of Albert, Elveena's husband. Our mom, Elveena, had her alternate way of making this using mayonnaise and whipped cream...that is how I remember having it at Sunday dinner. SK
