Add the extract and food coloring to the 1/3 portion. Checkerboard the chocolate batter into a 9 x 13 pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Drop globs of the green batter between the sections of chocolate. Cut through with a knife to marble. Bake at 350E for about 20 minutes. Time can vary with oven so check for doneness.
