4 Pork Chops
2 pkgs Saltines
4 Eggs
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Crush saltines in a gallon size Ziploc bag. Use a rolling pin to make sure the crackers are crushed well. Beat the eggs in a bowl. Dunk a pork chop in the eggs and then toss the chop in the bag of crackers and shake well. Make sure to coat the chops as good as possible. Do this for all the pork chops and then place them in a fry pan with melted butter and fry slowly on medium heat until golden brown.
