1/3 c. shortening 1/2 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 3/4 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. mashed bananas 1/2 c. raisins
Cream together sugar and shortening. Add eggs and beat well. Add dry ingredients alternately with banana. Stir in raisins. Grease a 4-cuup can and pour in batter. Cover top with paper towels(6 to 8) and place on rack in cooker. Cover and cook on high for 2 to 3 hours(or until bread is done).
