1 c. Hellman's mayonnaise
1 c. cut up onion
2 c. chopped celery
4 hard cooked eggs chopped
3 lbs. potatoes,cooked, peeled,cubed (about 6 cups)

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl stir together potatoes,celery,onion and eggs. Stir in mayonnaise,combine well. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours--best if made the day before serving.
Add more mayonnaise if needed.
Replace half the onion with chopped radishes for added color and flavor.
