2 packages cream cheese
1.5 packages Roquefort or Bleu Cheese
mustard to taste
garlic powder to taste
small amount of milk if needed to make creamy

Directions:
Directions:
Beat all ingredients with beater until creamy. Adjust cheeses, garlic, mustard to personal taste.

Clean celery stalks and stuff with this mixture then slice into just larger than bite size pieces. Arrange on serving plate with black olives and dust with Paprika
