1 unbaked, 9" deep pie crust (you are on your own here)
3 eggs
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. dark Karo syrup
1 c. pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat all ingredients together (except the crust, of course) and pour into the crust. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 or until the crust is brown and the filling is set.

You can use a smaller pie crust (8" or shallow) by reducing all ingredients by about one-third--but why bother?
