!/8-1/4 cup Dijon mustard (adjust according to taste -how strong to you like it?)
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp fresh rosemary (or 2 tsp dry)
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Spread on lamb and refrigerate for 1 hour. Bake until Dijon spread becomes crust-like and juices from lamb run clear.

This is easy, delicious, and would taste really nice on pork, beef or chicken as well!!!
