6-8 Sweet potatoes baked and cooled
1 c chopped pecans;
3-4 apples, peeled and chopped;
1/2- 1 c brown sugar;
1/2 stick butter, melted;
bag marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Remove potato from skin and place half in bottom of sprayed baking dish; mix together nuts, apples, brown sugar and butter and spread on top of first layer of potatoes. Place remaining potatoes on top of mix and bake for 30 minutes at 350 putting marshmallows on top last 10-15 minutes of baking or under broiler.
