2 pkg Ramen noodles, broken
4 tbs butter
3 C chopped broccoli
2 heads romaine lettuce, cut up
8 green onions, chopped
1 C chopped nuts of your choosing

Dressing:
1 C sugar
1 C vegetable oil
1/2 C cider vinegar
4 tbs soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dressing ingredients in jar and shake will. In a skillet sautee noodles in butter until golden. Cool. Toss altogether noodles, broccoli, romaine and onions. Just before serving, toss with dressing and nuts.

This comes from Connie Haynie and it was so good. The dressing is of course the highlight. Maybe because of the soy sauce, but it was good.
