Any size prime rib at room temperature
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Salt & pepper roast to taste. (Do not cover, and do not add water). Cook one hour. Turn oven off. DO NOT OPEN OVEN AT ANY TIME. Forty minutes before serving, turn oven on to 375. Cook for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit for a few minutes before carving. *It's very important you do not open oven door until roast is finished.
