1 lb. fresh cranberries; rinsed and sorted
1 cup seedless raisins
1 2/3 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 cup water
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 apple, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup thinly sliced celery

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cranberries, raisins, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and water and cook for 15 minutes. Stir in onions, apple, and celery and cook for 15 minutes more. Cool, and refrigerate.

This will last at least a month or more in a covered jar in the refrigerator. Makes nice gifts: put in a small jar and decorate with a bow, etc. The kitchen smells sooooo nice when it's cooking and it's easy!!!
