1 chicken (cook and pick) 1 loaf bread (crumb) 1/2 c. chopped celery 1 onion diced 2 eggs 1/2 c. milk 1/2 stick butter salt & pepper 1 Tbsp. sage
Mix all together using part of the broth from chicken and water to moisten. Have it pretty moist. Spread in cake pan and bake 1 hour covered at 350º. Take cover off and bake 10-15 minutes longer to brown top.
