1/2 c. chicken broth or milk
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
4 c. chicken
1/4 c. minced onions
2 T. soy sauce
1 c. diced celery
1 can water chestnuts
1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
1/3 c. almonds, sliced or slivered

Directions:
Directions:
Place noodles in bottom of 9x13 pan. Place chicken, onions, celery, and water chestnuts on the noodles. Mix broth and soy sauce and pour over top of casserole. Top casserole with almonds.
Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.
