1 chicken (2.5 - 3.5 lbs) cut in parts
(I use boneless breasts)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 1/4 cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Brush chicken on all sides with mayonnaise.

Place bread crumbs in large plastic food bag. Add chicken, one piece at a time; shake to coat well. Place on rack in broiler pan.

Bake at 425 for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 4 servings.
