2 Tbsp. oil
2 - 2 1/2 pound chicken, cut into serving pieces
(I use boneless breasts, instead, sometimes)
1 envelope Onion Soup Mix
1/3 cup water
1 can (16 oz) whole tomatoes, undrained

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet, heat oil and brown chicken; drain. Add soup mix blended with water and tomatoes. Simmer covered, stirring occasionally, 45 minutes or until chicken is tender.
Makes 4 servings
