1/2 bottle (33/4 oz.) Minute Maid lemon juice from concentrate
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
1/2 t. crushed thyme leaves
1/8 t. liquid pepper sauce
1 broiler fryer (about 2 1/2 lbs.) quartered
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Combine lemon juice, butter, thyme and pepper in a small bowl. Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper. Place the chicken, bone side down on grill over hot coals. Brush with basting sauce, grill for 40 minutes, turning once. Baste frequently with sauce. Serve the remaining sauce.
