1 1/2 T. minced fresh cilantro
1 T. chopped fresh parsley
1 T. fresh lime juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 c. chopped tomato
1/2 avocado, peeled and diced
2 T. chopped green onions
1 T. chopped seeded jalapeņo pepper
4 c. gourmet salad greens

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well with a whisk. Add beans, tomato, avocado, onions and jalapeņo; toss well. Cover and chill 2 hours. Serve over salad greens.
