1 box yellow Duncan Hines Butter cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, undrained

FROSTING:
1 (13 1/2 ounce) Cool Whip
1 package instant vanilla pudding
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix, eggs, oil and oranges and bake in three 9" pans at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Mix Cool Whip and vanilla pudding, add drained pineapple. Make frosting ahead of time and store in refrigerator until cake is cooled. Spread between layers and over top and sides.
