3 eggs
1 c milk
1 c sugar
1/2 c oil
2 c flour
1/2 c cornmeal
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1 1/2 Tbsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, milk, sugar, & oil. In separate bowl, mix dry ingredients and then add to wet. Bake in greased & floured 9x13 pan at 400 x25-30 minutes.

This should probably be listed with the desserts but the cornmeal makes it seem legitimate. It is a great side dish with Mom's easy chili or Katie's chicken chili stew or, really, anything!
