1 15 oz. refrigerated pie crust 6 c. thinly sliced peeled apples 3/4 c. Splenda 2 Tbsp. flour 3/4 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. nutmeg 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Place pie crust in pan. Heat oven to 400º. In large bowl, combine all filling ingredients, mix lightly. Place filling into pie crust and place top crust. Cut slits in top of crust and bake for 40 to 50 minutes.
