1 stick butter
1/2 c. flour
4 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt stick of butter. Add flour & stir. Boil in microwave until bubbly (1 min.). Take out & add milk & stir well using a wire whisk. Add salt & sugar. Microwave on high until thick (2 min) & stir, repeating until done. About 20 minutes.

Serve with melted butter, sugar and cinnamon.
