4 c. cold boiled potatoes
4 hard boiled eggs
2 stalks celery, finely chopped
1 med. onion, finely chopped
Salt & Pepper to taste
Mayonnaise salad dressing thinned w/ whipping cream
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Dice potatoes and add other ingredients putting mustard and sugar into salad dressing before adding potatoes. Potato salad is best when made at least 6 hours before serving.
