"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

1 8 oz pkg cream cheese 1 small container sour cream 1 pkg taco seasoning or 1 pkg Ranch dressing mix 1 small pkg shredded cheese 1 can chiles (optional) 1 can chopped black olives (optional) 1 pkg tortillas, 12 inch
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning or ranch seasoning. Mix until smooth and seasoning is blended. Spread a thin layer of dip on tortilla. Sprinkle with cheese. Amount of cheese is based on your preference. Add olives or chiles if preferred. Roll tortilla. Cut tortilla into 1/2 inch pieces. You may discard the ends as the may be uneven. Serve on a platter. Option: You can add any type of filler besides cheese. If you use Ranch mix, bacon bits go great with the cheese.
