5 lbs chicken breasts
1 small bottle Zesty Italian Dressing
1 tbs chili powder
1 tbs cumin
3 cloves garlic, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a large crock pot. Cook on high for 5-7 hours. Remove chicken and shred with fork. Reserve a small amount of juice and pour over shredded chicken to keep it moist.

From Amber and it really is good. The other Cafe ingredients are rice found in the Casserole Section, Tomatillo Dressing and Pico De Gallo found in the Dressing Section, and Pork in the Meat Section.
