2 or 3 large bananas completely mashed
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c sugar
1/2 c butter (or oil)
1/4 c vinegar
1/4 c milk
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Extremely ripe bananas are best, pour them from the skins ripe! Mike bananas, eggs, vanilla sugar and oil. Mix vinegar and milk together, pour into other mixture. mix salt, soda and flour together and then combine wet and dry mixtures. Add nuts if you prefer them. Bake in loaf pans or cupcakes, 375 degrees for about 30 minutes (less for cupcakes probably)

This is from a hand written recipe with almost no instructions as to amounts, left me by Genevieve Marie Pontius. She was an amazing cook but did everything by feel. I have tried to fix measurements to things to help those that don't feel their way through the cooking! Adjust cooking time as needed.
