Chicken parts, white or dark.

Sauce:
equal parts soy sauce, white vinegar and brown sugar. Add some chopped garlic if you want.

Directions:
Directions:
Place the chicken in a skillet on top of the stove or in a casserole dish if doing in the oven. Cook until done. Probably 10 to 15 minutes will be enough time. Mix sauce of equal parts soy, brown sugar, and vinegar. Pour over chicken. Place back on heat for an additional 5 minutes or so. Serve with cooked rice.

Family favorite....can be made ahead of time and add sauce when you heat it to serve. Or you can cook it all together, works both ways. This came from Yukiko Jones, she always added the sauce at the last minute, I tend to add it earlier because it is easier!
