Cake:
1 C Sugar
1 C Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Salt
1 can Fruit Cocktail, well drained
1 Egg, beaten

Topping:
1/2 C Brown Sugar
1/2 C chopped Nuts
1/2 C Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Directions:
For Cake: Mix ingredients and pour into and 8 x 8 baking pan. Mix topping ingredients an sprinkle over the top. Bake at 325 for 50 minutes.
