3 T. margarine
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. whipping cream
1 c. pecans
2 loaves frozen bread dough
1/2 c. brown sugar
1-1/2 c. powdered sugar
raisins, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw frozen roll dough and roll into 12x8-inch rectangle. Brush with melted margarine. Sprinkle dough with cinnamon, brown sugar and raisins, if desired. Roll dough like a jelly roll and cut into 10-12 slices. Mix powdered sugar, whipping cream and pecans and place into a baking dish. Place pinwheels, cut side down, on top of topping. Cover with towels and put in a warm place for 30 minutes. Puncture any bubbles. Bake at 375 F for 20-25 minutes and cover with foil last 10 minutes to prevent overbrowning. Cool 5 minutes and invert.
