1 lb pork sausage, browned & drained
9 beaten eggs
3 c milk
1/2 tsp salt
3 slices bread (with crust), cubed
1 c grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together except cheese.
Pour into a 9 x 13 inch greased pan.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Refrigerate overnight (covered).
Bake the next morning (uncovered) at 350 for one hour.
