2 cans artichoke hearts chopped, 1 package of thawed dry spinach, 1 c grated Romano cheese, 1 c low fat mayo, 1.2 c light sour cream, 1/2 sm onion chopped, 1 garlic clove minced, 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper, 1 tsp grated lemon zest

Mix all ingredients in 5-6 quart slow cooker and cook on low for 3-4 hrs or 1-2 hrs on high. (may want to add lemon zest towards the end of the cooking time) Serve hot with favorite dippers.

Only 3 weight watcher points for a 1/2 cup serving of dip! Rice crackers and veggies for dipping, keep this appetizer low calorie
