1 cup powdered sugar
cup crunchy peanut butter
cup honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
cup nonfat dry milk powder
cup quick cooking oats
cup graham cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Place powdered sugar in a cereal bowl. Place a piece of waxed paper on a jelly roll pan.
Place peanut butter, honey and vanilla in the mixing bowl. Use a rubber scraper to clean out the measuring cup. Mix together until well blended.
Add milk powder, oats and graham cracker crumbs to the honey mixture. Mix thoroughly.
Using your hands, take about 1 tablespoon of the peanut butter mixture and shape into a ball. Roll ball in powdered sugar to coat, shaking off any extra sugar. Place ball on the waxed paper. Continue until all of the mixture is made into balls.
Store in a plastic container or jar w/a tight lid.
