Ingredients:  
1 small onion, chopped
¾ cup finely chopped celery
1 Tablespoon butter
1-10 oz pkg frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1-8 oz garlic processed cheese spread
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
dash each of hot pepper sauce, cayenne pepper, paprika and Worcestershire sauce
Corn chips or raw vegetables.

In saucepan, sauté onion and celery in butter until tender. Chop broccoli in small pieces. Add to onion mixture w/cheese spread, soup and seasonings. Cook and stir over low heat until cheese is melted. Serve warm with corn chips or veggies.
