2-3 large sweet potatoes
1 cup of kernel corn
1 cup raw broccoli
1/2 cup red onion
1 cup Fat Free Miracle whip
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
peel potatoes, cut into 1" thick slices, boil until soft, drain and chill
slightly cook corn then chill
slightly cook broccoli then chill
finely chop onion
toss all ingredients together
