6 flour tortillas (large)
1 onion chopped
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef or turkey
1/2 cup milk
1 small bottle taco sauce
1 small can diced Chile peppers
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 1/2 lbs. shredded Mexican Cheese
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/2 cup chopped cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Cook meat and onion together. Drain well. In a large bowl add meat, soup, milk, taco sauce, Chili peppers mix well.
Ladle a small into bottom of 9x12 pan. Place a layer of tortillas on top then a layer of meat mixture and cheese continue and end with tortillas and sprinkle remainder of cheese. Mix cilantro with melted butter and brush over top of casserole. Bake @ 375 for about 20 to 30 minutes or until hot, bubbly and slightly browned on top. Serve with sour cream on side.
