1-1/2 cup milk
tsp salt
cup flour
3 cups fresh strawberries (or fruit of your choice)
1/3 cup sugar
1-8 oz sour cream
2 Tablespoon sugar
cup packed brown sugar
3 extra large eggs
stick butter



Directions:
Directions:
Put milk, flour, 1/3 cup sugar, eggs and salt in a blender. Process until smooth. Have ready fruit which has been tossed w/remaining 2 T sugar. In serving bowl, mix together sour cream and brown sugar until smooth. Have ready a glass 9 pie plate in which butter has been placed and heated until melted in an oven preheated to 400 degrees. Butter should be sizzling. Swish butter around plate to grease sides. Increase over to 450 degrees and immediately pour egg mixture all at once into sizzling butter. Bake 20 minutes and reduce heat to 350. Bake 8-10 minutes longer.

Spoon strawberries into center of pancake. Serve w/sour cream mixture as a topping.
