4 Whole Wheat tortillas, tsp olive oil, med onion, red pepper, med zucchini, 3/4c feta cheese crumbled, chopped fresh basil, chopped black olives.

Directions:
Directions:
slice all veggies into strips, cook onion in oil over med heat for 2 mins, add veggies and continue to cook for 4 mins. Cool slightly, divide mixture onto each wrap and add remaining ingredients.
