8 slices of bread (remove crust and pull apart into smaller pieces)
1 lb breakfast sausage, cooked and drained
1-1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese
˝ cup grated cheddar cheese
1 can diced Rotellas (drain juice)
12 eggs slightly beaten
1 tsp dry mustard
˝ tsp salt
2 cups milk



Directions:
Directions:
Place pieces of bread on the bottom of a greased 9x13 pan. In large bowl, combine all the remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour the mixture over the bread and mix lightly. Cover and refrigerate at least 12 hours. Uncover and bake for approximate 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
(You’ll need to stir a little during cooking because the corners cook a little quicker)
