12 oz rigatoni or ziti
1 tsp. fresh garlic, chopped
1 tsp olive oil
cup white wine
1 lb. spicy Italian sausage
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup spaghetii sauce
2 Tablespoon grated Ramono cheese
2 pinches dried basil
2 pinches salt
2 pinches pepper
1 pinch crushed red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain sausage. Saute garlic in olive oil until translucent. Add wine to deglaze the pan. Add spaghetti sauce, whipping cream, sausage and remaining ingredients. Toss w/hot pasta and serve.
