8 c sm cucumbers
1 med onion
2 tbs course pickling salt
1 1/2 c sugar
1 1/2 c white vinegar
1 tbs whole celery seed
1 tbs whole mustard seed

Directions:
Directions:
cut end off cucumbers, then slice thin (crosswise) Place in a bowl with thin sliced onion, sprinkle with salt, let set for 30 min. Meanwhile combine all other ingredients in small sauce pan and bring to boil. Pour over cucumbers, stir well and refrigerate for 24 hours. Then place in freezer safe containers and freeze up to 1 year.
