3 avocados, halved, pitted, and peeled
1/2 tomato, diced
1/4 c. minced red onion
Juice of 2 limes
2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
2 T. minced cilantro
1 tsp. ground cumin
Salt and pepper, to taste

In a medium bowl, mash the avocados with a fork until a chunky paste forms. Stir in tomato, red onion, lime juice, garlic, cilantro, cumin, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
