1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 c red onion, diced small
2 avocados, peeled and cubed
3+ tomatoes, diced
1 c frozen, canned, or fresh corn
large handful of chopped cilantro
1 small can diced green chiles
diced jalepeno to taste

Dressing:
1/4 c olive oil
juice of 2+ limes (or bottled equivalent)
4 tsp red wine vinegar
salt, pepper, cumin, & garlic salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine salsa ingredients. Add and subtract freely to suit your tastes (this is a very forgiving "recipe"). Whisk dressing and combine with salsa. Serve with sturdy tortilla chips.
