6 slices bread, crusts removed
1 lb. sausage
8 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
6 eggs, beaten
2 c. half-and-half

Directions:
Directions:
Butter both sides of bread and place in bottom of baking dish. Brown sausage, drain and place on top of bread. Sprinkle cheese over sausage. Mix eggs and half-and-half and pour over cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes, uncovered.
