1 10 oz pkg frozen spinach, thawed, drained and chopped
1 C Mayonnaise
1 C sour cream
1 medium onion finely chopped
1 8oz can water chestnuts drained and chopped
1 pkg Knorr's dry vegetable soup mix

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and chill overnight if possible. Serve with chunky bread or raw vegetables.

I love this dip. Very nicely presented in a round loaf of bread hollowed out. Put dip in hollowed out bread and chunk up another loaf spread around the round.
