1-2 lbs stewing beef
4-6 carrots sliced
6 medium potatoes cut up

Mix together:
1 pkg Lipton onion soup
1 can tomato sauce
1 can creamed mushroom soup
1 can creamed celery soup

Directions:

In a Crock Pot layer ingredients in order listed. Cook all day. If using oven, layer in a roasting pan and cook at 200
6-7 hours

This one of my favorite stew recipes. I never have celery soup on hand so I use 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup and add 1/2 teaspoon celery seed (opt).
This is really good with fresh bread.
