2 pound package frozen hash browns
1 500 ml container sour cream
2 tins of mushroom soup
1/2 c. melted butter
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
onion, salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything together. Put in 9 X 13 pan. Sprinkle some cheese on top. Bake 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 10 to 12 people.
