1 1/2 cop chopped pecans
1 can eagle brand milk,
1 pkg diced dates(8oz)
Ritz crackers

TOPPING:
1/2 stick of oleo
3oz. cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.

Stir and cook milk and dates until it boils. Cook until thick - beat by hand is best. Then mix in nuts. .Put on to Ritz crackers and bake for only 8 minutes. Cool.

TOPPING:
Mix oleo, cream cheese, vanilla and sugar until creamy. Spoon on top when it is cool.
