2 c. crushed vanilla wafers
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. crushed salted peanuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 c. powdered sugar
16 oz. (4 c.) Cool Whip
2 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk
1 Hershey's Chocolate Bar, Grated (Use a vegetable peeler to grate)

Combine wafers with butter and 2/3 c. of peanuts. Put in 9X13 pan and bake at 325 for 10 min. Combine peanut butter, powdered sugar and cream cheese. Mix until smooth. Fold in 2 c. Cool Whip. Spread over baked and cooled crust. Combine pudding mix and milk and spread over peanut butter layer. Cover with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with grated chocolate and remaining peanuts. Chill overnight.
