1 lb. beef stew meat
1 small package of baby carrots
3 large potatoes (russet or Yukon gold); cut in cubes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can French onion soup
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
salt and pepper to taste
dash of paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Brown stew meat in the oil and add the salt, pepper and paprika. Meanwhile, add carrots, potatoes, and soups to slow cooker. Add stew meat and cover. Turn slow-cooker on low to cook all day or high to cook 2-3 hours.
